SUKHOLOZHSKCEMENT is the best cement producer in the Urals, its cement quality is confirmed by license of the American Petroleum Institute, as well as several expert opinions according to the results of the international quality system audit and certificates of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001: 2008). The construction of a new 5th dry cement production line with a capacity of 1.3 million tons of cement per year has significant advantages over traditional production.
Electricity consumption was reduced by 20-25%, gas consumption by 1.7 times, and specific emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by 60%. The new production line is located next to the existing production and has its own infrastructure. Modern technologies were used for the construction of silos and pressure towers – the method of continuous concreting in slipforms and the prestressing system of bar reinforcement.
