The office and commercial building Mercedes-Benz Plaza is an atrium with exhibition space, car dealership Mercedes-Benz and restaurant. The offices are arranged around the courtyard and connected to the car dealership. They combine all the premises of the building. Continuous glazing allows to identify the interior with double exposure and turn it into a showcase of a car dealership.
The two floors of the underground garage provide parking for 133 cars. The facade finish and the color scheme of the car dealership interior are solved in the spirit of DaimlerChrysler corporate style. Mercedes-Benz Plaza was nominated for the Commercial Real Estate Awards 2006 and Building Awards 2006.
